Certifications

Our infastructure

The facility features a spacious storage area for up to 15,000 drums of raw materials and finished goods. It includes an in-house de-coiling system with a staggered blanking process for lids and an automatic welding machine, British Federal 800 DPH. The production line is supported by a Liefeld Make automatic manufacturing line, with a capacity of 500 drums per hour. High-quality finishes are achieved with a two-stage PLC-controlled epoxy coating system and a double-layered, double-chain gas fire baking oven for epoxy. A three-stage fully automatic vertical painting system, along with a 90-foot gas fire baking oven, handles paint baking.

The facility also features fully conveyorized movement for drums, GPS-enabled transport for delivery, and a separate laboratory for in-house testing with plans for NABL approval. Additionally, a specialized line for small drums includes wire weld technology and a PLC-controlled epoxy and painting system.

Got registered with major PSUs like HPCL, BPCL & IOCL

2016

Moved the Vapi unit to a more spacious facility at Daman

2017

Expanded the FG area at Daman to accommodate 15,000 finished barrels

2018

Achieved turnover of 100 Cr. Expanded Sonipat Unit to enhance the capacity
